Prospect:
"I don't always answer this phone, can you please call me at this other number?"

Prospect:
"I don't handle our insurance, please call my spouse at this number."

The litigator will give you a number that is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry. You call the number and you are smoked!!!
An opted-in Web Lead is not protection against you calling a phone number that was not opted in.

Your Response:
"I am so sorry but I do not have written consent to call the number that you provided. Is it possible for you to text me from that number requesting a call and I will text you back with an opt-in request or send me an email requesting that I call you at that number."
"I am so sorry but I do not have written consent to call the number that you provided. Is it possible for your spouse to call me, text me or send me an email requesting that I call him/her?"
